It means that L-citrulline is severely under-dosed in Gaspari SuperPump Max. If you really want to see good results, you should look for a supplement that provides you with at least 6,000mg of L-citrulline per serving. Gaspari SuperPump Max is not going to help here!
L-carnitine L-Tartrate is another ingredient included in this complex. It is supposed to help increase energy production and reduce fatigue. Some studies suggest that it may also improve endurance and reduce muscle damage. The issue is that you observe these benefits only when you take up to 2,000mg of L-carnitine L-Tartrate, but it is not going to happen when you take Gaspari SuperPump Max. You get 1.3g of creatine monohydrate in each serving of Gaspari SuperPump Max, but that is not going to be enough to produce any benefits. Some studies suggest that you may experience a change in endurance and performance only when you take up to 25g of creatine a day.
